Who We Are
A principal-led firm built from inside the systems we support.
Impactful Partners is a principal-led health and community sector consulting firm, founded by Melissa Corser and drawing on a carefully selected network of health and community executives and partners. We work with organisations navigating their most complex strategic, workforce and leadership challenges.
We do not observe from the outside. Impactful Partners draws on deep senior leadership experience from within the systems we now support, giving us the contextual depth, sector relationships and discipline to meet organisations where they are, take them further, and leave them measurably stronger for the communities they serve.
We are proudly women-led and owned, bringing a distinctive perspective to leadership, people and the conditions that allow organisations to truly thrive.
